Missed Appointment Policy

Dear Clients,

Missed Appointment Fees

This policy has been put in place:

• Due to the recent surge of missed appointments


• Allow our staff sufficient time to fill open appointment time


• Prevent wait times from unnecessarily increase further


• Allow your fellow patients who are at a high-risk of amputations / wounds / and ulcers
  to receive urgent treatment


• Our Appointments are scheduled to minimize patient overlap, prevent overcrowding and
  allow for proper sanitizing protocols to take place between appointments.

We ask that you notify the office immediately if you know that you cannot attend your appointment.
